Responsibilities in Cropping Manager Job
As a Cropping Manager, your main tasks will include:
- Managing the cropping activities across 6,000 hectares of land.
- Working with the Farm Manager to use the best methods for large-scale farming.
- Creating and carrying out yearly farming plans while staying within budget.
- Leading and supervising a group of workers and contractors.
